"Barranquilla, which is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, invests a lot in public spending per capita to improve the city's liveability, which necessarily includes better air quality, sustainable mobility, green public spaces, urban planning. We will continue to invest in and work on improving our air quality through existing and new management plans."
